At Artistic Granite & Marble, we have a special appreciation for our beautiful earth- and we love to bring that beauty into our clients' spaces. We take extra steps and precautions to ensure that we give back to the planet and preserve its natural beauty.
Stone fabrication uses a lot of water. During the cutting and polishing process, water is required to keep the stone and tools cool. In an effort to conserve our natural resources and reduce our water footprint, we filter and reclaim our water so we can reuse it for the next project.
After the stone is cut, scraps and or remnants too small to use for other projects remain. Instead of throwing them away, we donate them to a local gravel and asphalt company. They use the material for road paving, parking lots, and other construction.
It is important to use resources that are abundant and durable in order to limit waste output in our society. At Artistic Granite & Marble, we accomplish this by providing strong, enduring stone surfaces for our clients. Not only do we bring value and beauty into your space, we set you up for a sustainable future by supplying a countertop or other surface with a long lifespan and environmentally clean production. Compared to a Formica or laminate finish with a lifespan of about 20 years, natural stone surfaces will last over 100 years. Choose natural stone for your project as it is 100% recyclable and does not emit VOCs into your space. Join us in our effort to preserve and protect the earth through a sustainable cause.
